If you are from outside Europe, you need to bring your passport. If you are from European nationality you can bring your passport or ID card. You also need to bring a hard copy of the confirmation of your reservation and the payment for the entire stay must be made upon check-in.

You can check-in from 2 PM onwards and you need to check-out before 12 PM. If you arrive before 2PM you can leave your personal belongings in our luggage storage and check in later during the day. The front desk is open 24 hours, 7 days a week.

Check-out is before 12 PM. If you are still occupying the room after that time we will charge you an additional night. However, you can stay in the common areas of the Hostel and leave your luggage with us if you have a late flight, bus or train.

If the Hostel has availability you can request late check-out, which is until 13:30 and costs €5. You must always request late check-out at the front desk the previous evening, otherwise if you are still occupying the room after 12PM we will charge you for an additional night.

Online bookings: Click on the Reservations button on the home page of our website and follow the instructions. After having completed each step you will automatically receive a confirmation via email with your confirmation number and the details of your booking. Groups: For groups of 10 people or more, we kindly ask you to contact us at [email protected] and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

We do not charge a booking fee on the Mad4You Hostel website. If you book online via another website you might be requested to pay a small percentage of the total amount in advance. If you book via email we will charge the first night to your credit card as a deposit.

Any cancellation or modification to your reservation must be made at least 48 hours prior to the check in date by e-mail to [email protected]. If you cancel or modify the booking less than 48h prior to check-in date, we will charge you for the first night. We do not accept cancellations over the telephone.

You can book your stay for a maximum of 7 nights. If you want to stay longer, please ask at the front desk for more information regarding a “long term stay”.

Sheets, blankets and a pillowcase are included in the price.

You can rent a towel at the front desk for €2. You can bring the used towel to the front desk once a day and we will give you a clean one in return, free of charge. You need to return the towel upon check-out. For any lost towels we will charge €5.

Mad4You Hostel has free Wifi that reaches throughout the entire Hostel. We also have a computer with Internet at the front desk which can be used free of charge.

There is no curfew; reception is open 24 hours a day. The doors and common areas close after 12AM and you might be asked to identify yourself after this hour when entering the Hostel from outside.

We serve breakfast every morning and it is always included in the price. We also have a bar that is open from 8AM to 12 AM, which offers various drinks and snacks.

Our breakfast buffet consists of fresh bread delivered by the bakery every morning, croissants, ham, cheese, jams, fresh tomato, two types of cereals, coffee, tea, milk and juice.

We have one female only room and all the other rooms are mixed.

We accept cash and all types of credit/ debit cards.

No, you don’t need to belong to any organization to stay at the Hostel and no discounts are given to members of any organization.

If a guest is under the age of 18 he or she cannot stay by him or herself at the hostel without an authorization signed by the parents or legal guardian. If a guest is under the age of 18 and accompanied by an adult, the minor can stay at the hostel in a private room or in a dormitory that is completely reserved by their own party.

We can arrange for you a pick up by our Shuttle bus from/to the Barajas Airport. You need to book this with us at least 24 hours before your flight by writing us an email at [email protected] or directly at front desk once you are at the Hostel. 

All the dormitories have private lockers that can be used with your room key at no extra cost.

Yes, it is possible to pay the total of your reservation in advance. Kindly note that if you pay the total of your reservation prior to arrival, the amount paid is not refundable.
