Check-in is from 2 PM, check-out time is by 12 PM. If you arrive before 2PM you can leave your personal effects at the reception and check in later during the day. Reception is open 24 hours, 7 days a week.

Check-out is by 12 PM. If you are still occupying the room after that time we will be charging you for the additional night.
However, you can stay in the hostel common areas or leave your luggage with us as long as you need.

If the room is available you can request a late check-out until 13:30 for a 5€ fee. You must always request the late check out on the previous evening, otherwise if you are still occupying the room after 12PM we will charge you an additional night.

Online bookings: Input the information into the booking form on the home page, and then follow instructions. The booking software will automatically send you a confirmation via e-mail with your reference number and booking details.

Groups: For groups of 10 or more people contact us at [email protected] and we will get back to you at the earliest, or fill out the contact form here.

There is no booking fee. If you book online you will pay a 5% or 10% of the total cost as a deposit. If you book by email or telephone, we will charge the first night onto your credit card as a deposit, plus a 0.50€ surcharge for the use of the credit card.

Any cancellation or modification to your reservation must be done at least 48 hours prior to the check in date by e-mail to [email protected].

If you cancel or modify the booking less than 48h prior to check in date, we will charge you the first night as a “no show”, or 2 nights for stays for 5 nights or over. We do not accept cancellations over telephone.

You can book your stay for a maximum of 15 days. If you need to stay longer, ask at the reception for more information.

Top and bottom sheets, blanket and pillow case are free of charge.

You can purchase a towel for 3€.

Yes, you can access our Wi-Fi from your phone or laptop, or you can borrow our tablet for 1€ for up to 1 hour and use it anywhere inside the hostel.

The hostel does not have parking. However, there is a parking at San Bernardo Street, where you will receive a discount as a hostel guest.

There is no curfew; reception is open 24 hours a day. The doors close after 12 AM and you will be asked to present your hostel ID to be allowed into the building.

Breakfast is included in the price. We also have a bar open in the afternoons offering various snacks, as well as vending machine with drinks, chocolates, sandwiches, pastries, gum…

Eat your fill of toasts (try it with oil and tomato!), baked goods, biscuits, cereal, a piece of fruit and coffee or tea. For a 3€ supplement you can add freshly squeezed orange juice and a hot pastry or Spanish omelet (delicious omelet with onion and potatoes. A MUST have while visiting Spain).

We offer one female only room, all the other dorms are mixed.

Prices and discounts depend on the season. The maximum stay is for 15 days, if you need a longer stay send us a request and we will get back to you regarding prices and availability.

No, you don’t need to belong to any organization to stay in the hostel, nor is there a discount for members.

Only in the company and under the responsibility of an adult, and they are not allowed to share a room with other guests.
